because people you love don't love you
because innocent people die every day
because those who work so hard get such little recognition
because people waste their intelligence on cruel intentions
I wonder sometimes is this a world I truely want to live in. So much pain, so much grief, so much hard work. What am i doing here?

Pro Whitty, don't forget the title of your blog! It is so appropriate! We all have to face disappointments and setbacks...I regularly go through frustration. You have demonstrated love and caring to somebody close to you even if that has not been reciprocated.
Yet there are good things. While - as a regular business traveller - I have a huge amount of sympathy for those poor people stuck at Heathrow the same fog has given me beauty of frost-laden trees.
Most of us feel, from time to time, that many things are pointless, but that does not mean that we do not have a meaningful life or contribute positively to others. We can have hope.

well.....there is //always// a flip side.....there is always a silver lining to every cloud and always a positive for a negative...There are lots of good things.....there are people who do care about things and people and so on....its just very very hard to remember that at times.....I do know what you mean....I feel like that too quite a lot. and its crap to love somebody and they dont love you back.I really hope something lovely happens to make you feel different and better...Thinking of you....big hugs.....
